The expectation is great: they claim to provide a training to the open-air of excellence, that will motivate each participant and help you overcome any goal.
The training sessions with the Attitude Outdoor are varied and include exercises that explore both the weight of the body, such as the surrounding environment, either during the week, with a duration of 60 minutes, or during the weekend, with a duration of 90 minutes. The classes cost 5€.
FHIT UNIT, LISBON, CARCAVELOS AND OCCASIONALLY IN OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE COUNTRY

Directed by César Lacerda, 24 years old, and Alexander, Martyrs, 28, the practice of the Break Out always happens in the street and want to join together two distinct concepts: the group lessons and the personalised service of the EN. The basis advocated is a high-intensity training, with a short phase of adaptation in the beginning.
You may try out on Saturdays at three sites and different timetables, announced a week before in the page of Facebook. And it is through this network that you need to confirm your presence. It only has a cost of 3€ per lesson.
OUTDOOR TRAINING CAMP, ALMADA
Training with Outdoor Training Camp is always a surprise, since only in the own day is that it revealed the kind of lesson that there is going to happen.
The workouts take place on Tuesday and Friday at the end of the day, at 19 hours; Saturday at 18h and Sunday morning. The planning of the workouts is always announced in the page of Facebook of the Outdoor group Training Camp, where they always include the dates, times, and locations. The price is 2€ per lesson.
